European Cyber Security Month (ECSM)
Hoy comienza el European Cyber Security Month (ECSM). Durante este mes, se sucederán diferentes eventos a lo largo de toda la geografía Europea acerca de la seguridad informática.
En concreto, en España, se celebrará el siguiente evento en León:
La Ciberseguridad: un elemento clave para el futuro de nuestra sociedad.

Además, se desarrollarán dos campañas durante todo el mes:
Month-long cyber security activities
- Tales and drawing competition “What do you know about Security?” for children from 5 to 12 years old
- “Choose your mascot” campaign: This initiative tries to teach basic security concepts for students from 5 to 8 years old. The children will choose a mascot from Menores OSI´s website. This mascot will go with them during a term and will explain them about security
- Lectures about Internet security and social networks focused on children, teenagers, parents and teachers. These lectures will take place in several schools all over Spain.
Facebook and Twitter campaign
- Information security tips will be advertised throughout these social media.
